What I do with your details.
I collect what you send me, I use it to reply, and I pass it to nobody. The detail is below.
Who is responsible
Jenson Bradbury, a sole trader based in the UK, is the data controller for this site. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
What I collect
- What you put in a form or an email: your name, your email address, who you are, and your message
- For a programme call: the student's age, the closest tier and the times that suit you
- A parent's email address, if a student chooses to add one
The forms on this site open your own email app. The site itself stores nothing you type.
Why I use it
I use your details to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call about the programme. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me, and the steps you ask me to take before an agreement.
Students under 18
Students can write to me directly. If the message is about joining the programme, I ask for a parent's email. Nobody under 18 joins without an agreement signed by a parent.
Where it is kept
Messages are kept in my email account, which is provided by Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Cookies and tracking
I set no cookies. The site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no embedded social media. Fonts are served from this site, so no font provider sees your visit.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last message, then delete them. If your child joins the programme, the course agreement sets out what I keep and for how long.
Who I share it with
Nobody, beyond the email and hosting providers named above. I never sell personal details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. Email me and I will do it within one month. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
